Kids love to move, and there are so many appropriate movements that you can use to help them connect to the songs. Movement helps the children sense the rhythm and tempo and phrasing of the song without having to know you are even learning it. Uses both major functions of the ear, which are keeping balance, and listening. Moving while learning songs uses both aspects of the ear.
